ET4580 Industrial Touch Computer

The ET4580 industrial flat panel PC is a rugged computer with a stylish machined aluminium face plate sealed to IP66. The display window is made from non-reflective glass. The unit is offered with an 18 inch colour TFT display, FDD, HDD, LAN, USB, Serial, sound connectors and optional CD-ROM. Expansion slots can hold up to three PCI cards.

The ET4580 is available with an optional Infra-T touchscreen is suited to gloved-hand operation. Further options include a stainless steel face plate or a high-brightness screen, for use in bright sunlight. The ET4580 is designed for panel mount or 19” rack mount and is particularly suited to industrial/rugged applications. A pan/tilt bracket is available for desk mount. A sealed enclosure and an adjustable height mounting plinth are optional extras. This sealed enclosure is fitted with a large heatsink to dissipate heat.

The ET4580 is ideal for those really rugged conditions where plastic will not do the job, such as foundries, food manufacturing, smelters, steel works and public access. It is competitively priced and requires little maintenance. The protective window for the display is made from laminated glass and is difficult to scratch - unlike plastic windows.
